About this Role
A reputable hospitality and wellness establishment in Accra is looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join its team. The ideal candidate is professional, caring and trained in a range of treatments, and makes every client feel relaxed and well looked after.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out massages, facials, body treatments and other spa services
- Consult clients on their needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and keep them clean and hygienic
- Follow proper health, safety and hygiene procedures
- Maintain client records and treatment notes
- Recommend and sell spa products where appropriate
- Monitor spa supplies and report low stock
- Provide a calm, friendly and professional client experience
Requirements
- A certificate or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Massage or Spa Therapy
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a spa or massage therapist
- Good knowledge of massage techniques and skincare treatments
- Good customer service and communication skills
- High standards of hygiene and personal presentation
- Must be professional, discreet and respectful
- Ability to meet treatment and sales targets is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
