About this Role
A reputable clothing showroom is looking for 4 experienced and customer-focused Sales Persons to join its teams in East Legon and Flowerpot. The ideal candidate is presentable, understands fashion retail and enjoys helping customers find the right outfit.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and help them find what they are looking for
- Recommend suitable clothing, sizes and styles based on customer needs
- Explain product features, fabrics, prices and ongoing promotions
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Keep the showroom floor, racks and displays neat and attractive
- Restock racks and shelves and keep track of stock on the floor
- Assist with payments, packaging and after-sale customer care
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field
- Previous experience working in a clothing showroom is required
- Previous experience in retail sales is an added advantage
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to assist customers and recommend suitable products
- Must be neat, confident, hardworking and presentable
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to work as part of a team
