About this Role
A reputable organisation in Accra is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to support its brand and sales growth. The ideal candidate can plan and run campaigns, understands the local market, and is comfortable working to targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Support the development of marketing strategies and annual plans
- Conduct market research on customers, competitors and trends
- Coordinate social media content and online promotions
- Organise product activations, events and trade promotions
- Build relationships with customers, partners and media contacts
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Assist with other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role
- Good understanding of both traditional and digital marketing
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan campaigns and meet agreed targets
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Must be creative, proactive and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel locally for activations and events
