About this Role
A reputable company in Accra is looking for a careful, experienced and reliable Driver to join its team. The ideal candidate knows Accra's roads well, keeps the vehicle in good condition, and always puts safety and punctuality first.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely to assigned destinations
- Transport staff, goods or documents on time
- Plan the best routes to avoid delays
- Carry out daily checks on fuel, oil, tyres and brakes
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition
- Report faults, accidents or damage promptly
- Keep accurate trip logs and fuel records
- Assist with loading and offloading where required
Requirements
- Valid Ghana driver's licence of the appropriate class
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience
- Good knowledge of roads in Accra and surrounding areas
- A clean driving record with no serious traffic offences
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Must be honest, disciplined and punctual
- Ability to read and write in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
